Start: 8th (random drawing)
Finish: 4th
  • Stage One: 5th
  • Stage Two: 28th
  • Stage Three: 4th

  • After Mother Nature forced the Pocono Organics 150 to be delayed until Sunday morning, Todd Gilliland started eighth based on a random drawing. The race was filled with 11 cautions and even a few red flags to clean up the track, but Gilliland managed to avoid it all. He finished the first 15-lap stage in fifth and did not pit to maintain his track position.

  • He was fourth when the second 15-lap stage began. He moved up to third right away and remained up there until nearly the end of the stage when he told crew chief, Chris Lawson, he felt the right-rear tire going down. He came to pit road for right-side tires before the stage concluded. Another caution ended the stage early leaving him in 28th place.

  • Since several teams pitted at the end of Stage Two, Gilliland gained track position and restarted sixth. He was fifth with 15 laps remaining and said his entry was a bit loose. Two more cautions slowed the final laps of the race. Gilliland was third coming to the final two-lap shootout to the finish. He tried to fight for the lead, but his No. 38 Crosley Brands Ford F-150 was just too tight at the end to contend for the win. He came home fourth, which ties his best finish of the season to date.

Gilliland on Pocono: "It was an up-and-down-day. We struggled with being really tight. We were in the right lanes part of the day and made up some positions there and maintained them on the race track. Before the end of the second stage we got a flat right-rear tire coming to the green. We had to pit under green and luckily my crew chief (Chris Lawson) called for two tires which got us out in front of the guys we were racing and we were able to get back up there. At the end of the day, it was another solid run. If we keep getting these top fives, the wins will come. I'm really proud of my Front Row Motorsports team. Thanks to Ford and I'm excited to have Crosley Brands on board today."

Todd Gilliland, No. 38 Crosley Brands Ford F-150
Todd Gilliland has been having a pretty good season since racing resumed in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series in May. Although an accident took him out of contention at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway late in the race while running in the top five, he earned his best finish of the season (fourth) at Atlanta (Ga.) Motor Speedway and finished sixth two weeks ago at Homestead-Miami (Fla.) Speedway. With one top-five and two top-10 finishes in his last two NGROTS starts, he has moved up to fifth in the driver point standings.

This will be Gilliland's third start at Pocono Raceway. He has finished seventh in both of his previous races at the "Tricky Triangle" and hopes to improve on that Saturday. His Front Row Motorsports team is taking the same Ford F-150 he raced at Atlanta earlier this month when he finished fourth. It is one of the team's favorite F-150's in the fleet. Crosley Brands, based in Louisville, Ky., will be on board for this weekend's race with Gilliland.

The No. 38 Crosley Brands Ford F-150 will compete in the 60-lap Pocono Organics 150 on Saturday, June 27, at 12:30 p.m., ET. A live broadcast of the race will be shown on FS1. Stage breaks will be on laps 15 and 30.

Quick Facts:
Number of Starts at Pocono: 2
Best Start: 2nd
Best Finish: 7th
2020 Driver Point Standings: 5th

Gilliland on Pocono: "Racing at Pocono is pretty fun. It's a short race, so it's a huge help to be good right away. With the first stage break coming at lap 15, you can make adjustments pretty soon after the race starts if you need to get better. I'm proud of how this Front Row Motorsports team has performed since we started racing again. We've had some really solid finishes the last few races which has helped us a ton in the points. Chris (Lawson, crew chief) and I work really well together and since I worked a lot with him in the past we didn't have to learn how to communicate with each other. I'm looking forward to the race this weekend and hope we can keep clicking off good finishes. It will be cool to have Crosley Brands on our truck. Maybe if I win they will give me my own jukebox for my house."

Start: 18th (random drawing)
Finish: 6th
  • Stage One: 6th
  • Stage Two: 5th
  • Stage Three: 6th

  • Todd Gilliland started the 134-lap race at Homestead-Miami Speedway 18th based on a random drawing since there was no practice, or qualifying. He fought a loose Speedco Ford in the first stage. He was able to avoid a multi-truck accident on lap 20 and was sixth when Stage One ended on lap 30. He pitted for four tires, fuel and a track bar adjustment to give him more grip.
  • Gilliland restarted 15th for the next 30-lap stage. He told crew chief Chris Lawson he was loose on exit, but ended the stage in fifth place. He pitted for four tires and a wedge adjustment.
  • He started the final stage in third, but lost a few spots trying to avoid a slow truck ahead of him. He had fallen back to 11th by lap 80. The field began to cycle through green-flag pit stops and Gilliland brought the Speedco Ford to pit road on lap 97. A caution came on lap 103 before everyone had pitted, which trapped him one lap down. He was able to take the wave around and restarted ninth with 25 laps to go. A final caution with 11 laps remaining brought the leaders to pit road for the final time. The Front Row Motorsports team still had a set of sticker tires to put on Gilliland's truck and a fast stop helped him pick up four spots on pit road. He restarted sixth with seven laps to go and held that spot to finish the race.

Gilliland on Homestead:
"I started 18th tonight and finished sixth and got caught a lap down at one time. I'm just really proud of this team for fighting back. This pit crew is really good, so definitely thank you to them for all the spots on pit road tonight. The truck was really loose a lot of the night with some weird transitions. I think we were on the splitter a little bit. We're just still working on it. New team, new set-ups that we don't have practice for, so I'm really proud of everyone. I think once we start getting practice we're going to be a lot better, so I'm looking forward to that day, but also still proud of the finishes we keep clicking off. Thank you to Speedco, Loves,Thank a Trucker and Ford. We're just happy to still be at the race track."

Gilliland Wants to Keep Momentum Going at Homestead

Coming off his best finish of the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series season to date, Todd Gilliland is eager to get back to the race track. The 20-year-old finished fourth at Atlanta (Ga.) Motor Speedway last weekend and is looking to keep that momentum going with crew chief Chris Lawson and his Front Row Motorsports (FRM) team.

Gilliland has made two previous starts at Homestead-Miami (Fla.) Speedway with his best finish coming last year when he was eighth. His FRM team is taking the same truck he drove at Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway in February, where he finished seventh for his first top-10 finish of the season.

Speedco will be back on Gilliland's No. 38 Ford F-150 at Homestead. Speedco is a national network of 53 service locations that provides oil changes, preventive maintenance, inspection services and tire offerings for drivers in the professional trucking industry. They have been an integral part of Front Row Motorsports' NASCAR program and will continue to grow that relationship as the vibrant blue and yellow Speedco colors will adorn the sides of Gilliland's F-150 for eight races this season.

The No. 38 Speedco Ford F-150 will compete in the 134-lap NGROTS 200 on Saturday, June 13, at 7:30 p.m., ET. A live broadcast of the race will be shown on FS1. Stage breaks will be on laps 30 and 60.

Quick Facts:
Number of Starts at Homestead: 2
Best Start: 11th
Best Finish: 8th
2020 Driver Point Standings: 10th

Gilliland on Homestead: "I'm ready to get back to the track and keep our momentum going. We earned our best finish of the season (fourth) last Saturday at Atlanta. We had a shot at the win since I restarted on the front row for the overtime finish, but I didn't get the restart we needed. That's part of the learning process and the next time I'm in that position I'll be ready. It will be great to have Speedco back on our Ford F-150 and hopefully we can keep improving our finishes until we end up in Victory Lane. My FRM team is bringing fast trucks to the track every week, so now we just need to keep clicking off solid finishes."

Gilliland Earns First Top-Five Finish of the Season at Atlanta

Start: 12th (random drawing)
Finish: 4th
  • Stage One: 11th
  • Stage Two: 5th
  • Stage Three: 4th

  • Todd Gilliland started the 130-lap race at Atlanta Motor Speedway 12th based on a random drawing since there was no practice, or qualifying. He spent most of the first stage feeling out the Mannington Ford F-150 and getting a feel for the track. Early on he experienced radio issues where he could hear the team, but they could not hear him. He signaled the truck was loose and he pitted for fresh tires and adjustments when the stage ended on lap 30.
  • Gilliland restarted sixth for the next 30-lap stage. He hung around the top five and moved into second place when some of the leaders pitted during a caution just before the stage break. He ended the second stage in fifth place and then pitted for four tires and a slight adjustment to the No. 38 Mannington Ford.
  • Since the trucks that had pitted before the stage break stayed out, Gilliland was 19th when the final stage began. He did not stay back there for long, as he was up to 10th by lap 75, and was fifth with 40 laps to go. He was fourth in the closing laps, but when Chase Elliott spun in front of him with three laps to go, Gilliland had a shot at the win. He pitted for new tires and lined up second for the restart next to Austin Hill. Gilliland did not get the restart he wanted, but held his own for the final two laps to finish fourth. It was the team's best finish of the 2020 season to date.
Gilliland on Atlanta: "I'm proud of the race we put together today. We started 12th and finished fourth. We started on the front row for the final restart, which is all you could ask for, but I messed up and didn't get the restart I needed, but if you keep putting yourself in those positions eventually everything will go your way. I've just got to learn from it. I feel like our Mannington Ford F-150 was good and we were a contender. I'm really proud of the race we put together and we just need to keep clicking them off like that."

Gilliland Looking to Rebound at Atlanta

Todd Gilliland and his No. 38 Front Row Motorsports (FRM) team will carry new colors this weekend at Atlanta (Ga.) Motor Speedway as the team welcomes Mannington Commercial, one of the world's leading manufacturers of fine flooring, to the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series.

With a newly structured schedule this season, the Truck Series will head to the one-and-a-half-mile track near Atlanta for the fourth race of the 2020 season. The No. 38 team has a best finish of seventh-place this year, which occurred at Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway in February. Gilliland and his FRM team have been strong contenders each race, running inside the top five and challenging for the lead multiple times. He was running fourth at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway last week when he was taken out of contention by an accident with 32 laps to go.

Gilliland has one previous start at Atlanta Motor Speedway, which occurred in 2019. The 20-year-old driver started the race from the 11th position and collected a ninth-place finish in his track debut last season. While Gilliland doesn't have a lot of experience on the abrasive track in Atlanta, he has practiced on the Ford Performance simulator, as well as spent time with his spotter, Coleman Pressley, reviewing film in preparation for Saturday's event.

The No. 38 Mannington Ford F-150 will compete in the 130-lap Vet Tix/Camping World 200 on Saturday, June 6, at 1:00 p.m., ET. A live broadcast of the race will be shown on FS1.

Quick Facts:
Number of Starts at Atlanta: 1
Best Start: 11th
Best Finish: 9th
2020 Driver Point Standings: 13th

Gilliland on Atlanta: "Overall, I'm excited for Atlanta this weekend. It's one of the most fun mile-and-a-half race tracks that we go to because it has a very worn out surface. On top of the great racing it produces, there will be a few Cup Series drivers racing this weekend, which will help us put on an even better show for the fans. I'm really hoping that we have a good finish on Saturday for everyone working hard at Front Row Motorsports and for our new sponsor, Mannington Commercial. The truck looks great, and I want to give them a nice welcome to our team and the Truck Series. We've been strong in the races so far this season, but just don't have the finishes to show how well we've been running."
