DUDE Wipes Unveils Spooky Martinsville Scheme for Alfredo

DUDE Wipes and Alfredo to Tackle Spooky Martinsville Speedway

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (October 26, 2021) – The DUDE Wipes Ford Mustang returns to the track this upcoming Halloween day at Martinsville Speedway with Anthony Alfredo. This time around, with a spooky flare.

Alfredo had a good first race in the Cup Series last spring at the Virginia track, finishing 11 positions higher than he started. With two races left in the season, he and his spooky No. 38 Dude Wipes team are looking to treat themselves with a good finish.

“Martinsville is always a fun tricky track," said Alfredo. "I felt like I learned a lot in my first outing, that will really help me a lot in this second go around. It's going to be special this time, with the race being on Halloween, and having Dude Wipes coming back with a cool livery. We're excited for that, and I'm looking forward to getting a great result before the season ends." After his last two races were cut short to circumstances outside of his control, Alfredo is looking for redemption. With two races remaining, he is looking to treat both the DUDE Wipes team as well as his supporters with good results. “Even though the finishes don't reflect our progress on track, we are running with more confidence than the previous handful of races," commented Alfredo. "We have had runs well inside the top-20 in the last three races since our top-10 at Talladega. Unfortunately those finishes have been cut short, but things are going to fall into place, and we will get there. We want to close out the season on a high note." Halloween Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series race begins at 2 p.m. ET on NBC.
