Todd Gilliland and the No. 38 Speedco team finished 10th in Thursday night's 200-lap race at the Bristol Motor Speedway. The finish left Gilliland two points out of the next playoff round after a frantic and wild final laps of the race that featured Chandler Smith take the win and two other trucks slip past Gilliland to advance to the next round.

“I'm just heartbroken after this race," said Gilliland. "I don't know what happened the last few laps. I was very aware of the situation, but two trucks got past us on that last restart and then Chandler (Smith) won the race and we got shuffled out.

"I have to thank all our partners this season because we're having a good year. I have to thank Speedco, Crosley, Frontline, Speedy Cash, Black's Tire, The Pete Store and everyone who supports our Front Row Motorsports team. I want to thank Bob Jenkins for letting me race this truck.

"We're not done yet. We have Las Vegas next week and we can win an owner's championship and race for wins. We're not going to give up."
