Final Stage Accident Takes Away Top-10 Run
Zane Smith had his streak of top-10 finishes on the Bristol dirt track snapped on Saturday night. Smith was involved in a wreck on Lap 97 of the 150-lap event that forced him to the back of the field. With some damage, Smith raced back to 21st at the end.
The day, however, continued to show the strength of the team and the talents of Smith. Smith won the pole for the race after making nine passes to finish second in his qualifying heat race. Smith made the most passes to win the pole.
In Stages 1 and 2 of the feature race, Smith finished eighth to collect regular season points. The team remains second in the regular season championship and still leads the playoff points.

"It just wasn't the night we wanted. We will get back on track this week at Martinsville. I'm looking ahead to Friday night."
The Front Row Motorsports NASCAR CRAFTSMAN team will race at the Martinsville (Va.) Speedway Friday night.
The race is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on FS1.
