Todd Gilliland, the third-generation racer, is simply rewriting the NASCAR history books. At the age of 15, two days after his birthday, Gilliland climbed behind the wheel of an ARCA Series machine in Toledo, Ohio and won. He became the youngest winner in the storied series history and hasn’t lifted since.

Like his grandfather (Butch) and father (David) before him, Gilliland began his professional career in 2016 in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West. Over two seasons in the series, Gilliland dominated tracks of the west coast. In 29 career NASCAR K&N Pro Series West starts, Gilliland visited Victory Lane 13 times on his way to back-to-back championships. More impressive, Gilliland also raced the full NASCAR K&N Pro Series East in 2017 and collected another four wins and was the runner-up in the championship.

With his skills honed, Gilliland moved to the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series in 2018. He ran 19 of 23 races and earned four top-five and nine top-10 finishes. Gilliland collected his first Truck Series victory in 2019 at the Martinsville Speedway.

Joining Front Row Motorsports (FRM) for the 2020 and 2021 seasons, Gilliland continued his career in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series. He achieved 14 top-five and 26 top-10 finishes with one win at the inaugural race at the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas in 2021. Gilliland finished seventh in the championship standing that same season.

In 2022, Gilliland was called up to the NASCAR Cup Series driving the No. 38 Ford Mustang. He led 11 laps, captured one top-five and two top-10 finishes in his rookie campaign. Gilliland also ran one truck race on the dirt at Knoxville Raceway where he earned the win.

In 2023, Gilliland entered his sophomore season under the direction of first year crew chief Ryan Bergenty. Gilliland and Bergenty found success early in the season, leading laps at the Daytona Duels. Gilliland brought FRM their first top-10 finish of the 2023 season with a 10th place finish at the Circuit of the Americas. This finish sparked a string of top-10 and top-15 finishes. Gilliland ended the season with four top-10 and 11 top-15 finishes.
